What are the payment methods available?

Payment methods that can be used are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Alternatively, you can always pay us via PayNow, PayLah! or Bank Transfer. Simply hit us up at +65 9424 6689 if you have any issues.

Do you ship worldwide and what are the shipping rates?

Sorry but we currently do not ship worldwide. We're a Singapore based company and we sell domestically only.

How can I track the status of my order?

We will inform you via WhatsApp, Telegram or Message once the order is made.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

 

Upon making payment for your order, should it be purchased before 3pm, your order will be delivered to you on the same day. Any orders after 3pm will be delivered the following day. Our daily delivery hours are between 7-9pm.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

- easily view your order status and order history 
- Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

I forgot my password.

On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

 

How do I return an item?

Once a product is purchased, we do not refund.
